The Four Es—Evidence, Expertise, Excellence, and Everyone—shape how I think about challenges and make decisions. They reflect my belief that strong schools are built through careful analysis, professional respect, high standards, and a commitment to serving all students.

Evidence Good decisions start with good information. I believe in focusing on rigorous, thoughtfully collected data and research to understand whats works, where gaps exist, and how policies affect students and educators in real classrooms. Evidence helps ensure decisions like what curriculum to adopt are thoughtful and focused on improving outcomes - not driven by ideology or anecdotes alone.

Expertise I bring decades of experience as a teacher, researcher, evaluator, and coach. That experience in schools and districts across The Commonwealth has helped me develop a deep expertise in education. But expertise comes from being curious, rather than being over-confident. I believe that expertise comes not only from published research but also from listening to the people who work most closely with students every day. As a School Committee member, I will rely on not only my own expertise, but also that of educators, combining their on-the-ground knowledge with evidence and systems-level insight to support smart, sustainable decisions for Natick schools.

Excellence Natick already has a strong school system, and I am committed to helping it grow even stronger. Excellence means maintaining high academic standards while continually assessing the quality of instruction, student supports, facilities, and systems to help the schools continuously improve.

Everyone Every student deserves the opportunity to succeed, feel supported, and belong. I am committed to ensuring that policies and resources serve all students - across backgrounds, learning needs, and experiences. Focusing on everyone strengthens the entire community, ensuring that our schools are focussed on outcomes for every student.
